The !Nau for Now: Crossing Oceans Inside dance performance and exhibition was hosted by the High Commission of Australia at University of Johannesburg Arts Centre Piazza on the 11 May 2023.
The performance brought together Aboriginal artists from Vulgurukaba Country in Australia and Namaqua dancers from South Africa to recognise Indigenous Peoples and honour Krotoa !Goa/Göas (1642-1674).
The High Commissioner H.E Ms Tegan Brink welcomed guests which included various Heads of Missions and shared some history about the performance which will also take place in Stellenbosch , Bloemfontein and Cape Town.
A wonderful evening where guests joined the journey to reconnect people and culture.
